Rahul Malhotra has a 28-year career in various leadership positions in marketing, commercial, and general management roles, leading multi-billion dollar, global brands and businesses with Procter & Gamble and Shell.
Currently, Rahul is responsible for Shell’s global brand strategy and architecture, leading a highly successful program to embed purpose and stewardship deep into the DNA of employee behavior, strategic choices, and value propositions to all stakeholders. Before he joined Shell, Rahul spent nearly 13 years at Procter & Gamble, holding multiple roles across the Asia region.
His responsibilities included serving as Marketing Head for the $150 million OTC healthcare business in the region and Head of Marketing for P&G India. He also served as the Pampers Global Brand Manager for emerging markets while based in Japan.
A passionate musician, Rahul also enjoys reading non-fiction and hiking in his free time. His personal passion is to inspire private sector organizations to be more purpose-driven, leveraging their expertise and resources to make a real difference to the people and ecology of the planet.
