Jonathan Chan serves as a Manager at Temasek Trust’s Centre for Impact Investing and Practices. He received his BA in English from the University of Cambridge and MA in East Asian Studies from Yale University. He served as Editorial Director with The Southeast Asian Movement at Yale and was a 2050 Fellow with the Yale Center for Business and the Environment.
He is also active as a writer and editor of essays and poetry. He is the author of the poetry collection going home (Landmark, 2022) and Managing Editor at poetry.sg. His writing has appeared in Quarterly Literary Review Singapore, Singapore Policy Journal, and with the University of Cambridge Centre for Research in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
